CHECK WASH
Before washing your human hair wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles using brush Wet hair completely using cool running water. Comb through hair with your fingers several times If no signs of tangling/matting* occur, continue to cleanse and condition while checking for excessive tangling as you go If you do notice excessive tangling/matting, it may be a sign of inversion; contact your retailer or manufacturer immediately
*Tangling/matting that occurs after months of wear is due to improper care
CLEANSE & CONDITION
Before washing your human hair wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles using your brush Gently lather the hair with a small amount of shampoo, while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. DO NOT rub hair as this may cause tangling Rinse thoroughly in cool running water until the water runs clear. Apply conditioner, avoiding the base of the wig or hairpiece (applying conditioner to the base/cap may weaken the knots) Using your fingers, work conditioner through mid-lengths and ends for 3-5 minutes Rinse thoroughly in cool running water until the water runs clear
DRY & STYLE
Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat to remove excess water Gently remove any tangles using your Paddle Brush Allow cap to dry completely before applying to a canvas block head Use medium-high heat on full power to blow dry hair. Use the "cool shot" button to lock in style Human hair must be dried and styled after washing. Air-drying will leave the hair ‘un-polished’ and can trap water in the hair causing frizzing
TIPS
Use professional grade heat styling tools with digital temperature settings to control heat. Use no higher than 350° F to help maintain the integrity of the hair
1.Put on the wig cap,secure your own hair with clip. 2.Take off the hairnet from the wig gently. 3.Stretch the wig cap with your hands inside, and shake the wig to recover the hair style.A little shedding and fuzzy is normal.
4.Comb the hair with your hands. Water spray or care solution is suggested to use in case of tangling. 5.Make the sideburns fit and symmetrical. 6.Hair spray will help to maintain the style for longer time.
7.Put on the wig and adjust the elastic band according to your head size. 8.Please note hat the elastic band is at the back of wig.
WASH
1.Use soft shampoo. 2.Filling up a sink. 3.Adding shampoo to the water.
4.Dilute shampoo. 5.Wash the wig by hand gently. 6.After soaking the wig for 5 minutes again take out.
7.Rinse the wig. 8.Squeeze the water out by dry towel. 9.Air-dry.

We process orders per the production time noted in red font under the quantity box on the product page. Please pay attention to it while placing the order. The production time does not include transportation time, regardless of which shipping method is selected at checkout.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder.
Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
INTERNATIONALS SHIPPING TAX
If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are excluded in the $29.89 you paid and levied once your package reaches your country. CRIUSWIG is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries.
Any refused international packages (including Canada) will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.
Please note that the shipping carrier may pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from them after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing hair products.
MILITARY ADDRESS
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 business days.
AUTOMATIC RETURNS AND WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you would like to change your shipping address, please write to us at service@criuswig.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is to wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you a refund.
All the international automatic returns will incur a 30% restocking fee for monetary refund.
There will be a $8.95 shipping cost ($29.89 for international orders) for reshipment if the package is returned back to sender.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
All the orders and orders with high value products are signature requested. If the signature request is waived or you have signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL or TNT, CRIUSWIG will no longer be responsible for any lost or damage of the package.
